AS and A2 LEVEL History

  2. The Advanced (A2) which is 50% of the total mark. (Year 13)

Course Content:

AS level:

  • The USA and Vietnam 1961-1975.
  • Germany 1871-1925

Examination one hour 15 minutes.

A2 level:

  • Britain 1918-1964 (The State and the People)
    Examination one hour 30 minutes
  • Historical Enquiry
    Approx 3,500 words

Historical Enquiry:

You will be required to submit a Historical Enquiry, based on a historical investigation of 100 years of history.  No Examination.
